Kyle Carr – Director
With over 20 years of experience in the building industry, Kyle brings deep knowledge, reliability, and hands-on expertise to every project at TrueLiving Homes WA. Starting out as a bricklayer, he spent seven years mastering the trade before moving into a dual role with a custom home builder — supervising builds, quoting, and estimating for more than a decade.
As Director of TrueLiving, Kyle is involved in every stage of the building journey — from the first conversations to the final handover. His calm, practical approach and eye for detail ensure every home is delivered with care, quality, and integrity.
For Kyle, building homes is more than just a job — it’s a way to help other families create the same kind of lasting, joyful spaces he values with his own. As a dad of two and passionate footy fan (go the Brisbane Lions!), he believes a home should be a place where families can grow, relax, and build memories that last a lifetime.

Jade Carr – Office Administrator
Jade brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal warmth to her role as Office Administrator at TrueLiving Homes WA. As a qualified speech pathologist and the director of her own private practice, she brings strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of what it means to support people through important life milestones.
For the past two years, Jade has helped keep the wheels turning behind the scenes at TrueLiving — coordinating admin, supporting clients, and ensuring every stage of the building journey runs smoothly. As both a team member and Kyle’s wife, she plays a key role in making this family-run business feel truly personal.
As a mum of two, Jade knows how important it is to create homes that are functional, welcoming, and built for real family life. She’s passionate about creating a positive experience for every client — and believes that strong communication and a little kindness go a long way.
When she’s not managing emails or chasing toddlers, you’ll likely find Jade unwinding with a glass of wine and dreaming up the next family adventure.
